Las Vegas isn't usually the place to go when you're eating healthy. One would assume it's also not great for vegans either, but when you look closely and do your research both assumptions are quite false. You may have seen my reviews from my trips to Vegas in the past, but those were the old days - my diet has changed and the city is getting healthier and healthier, so I can't wait to go back and try it all out.

Video Reviews: Las Vegas Restaurants with Vegan Options
I'm one of those people who loves Las Vegas, aside from the environmental disaster it is. Fortunately, the vegan options are growing - since my first time there in 2006, several great places have opened and others have expanded their menus to accommodate the plant-based diet. In 2007 and 2008 my vegetarian sister and I made a few videos documenting our dining experiences, which I've finally edited. I've changed a lot since then, in appearance and eating habits, but want to share with you some of the delicious food the city has to offer (vegan donuts anyone?)

Vegan donut shops on the West Coast: video reviews
In light of all the drama surrounding Dee's Donuts in Los Angeles, I thought it was good timing to celebrate two wonderful donuts shops with excellent vegan options: Mighty O' in Seattle and Ronald's in Las Vegas.

Las Vegan - wrap up
I had a great time in Las Vegas, and I'm really glad I did my research this time.
I arrived Friday night around 11pm and had a late meal at Chipotle, which was conveniently located next to the hotel (on the strip) and open at midnight. I'm shocked at their vegan options, and was worried the whole time that it wasn't, but apparently it's legitimate. The server was really helpful and kind about my dietary restrictions. I had a vegetarian burrito (no cheese of course) with all the veggies, guacamole, beans, and rice. I also had chips and guacamole, and I was very suspicious that the guac had dairy in it, but I guess not.

Las Vegan
Vegas advice

Going to Vegas this weekend. I've been there twice before and easily found vegan options, and even a Raw restaurant outside of town (Go Raw Cafe). What restaurants do you recommend?
