Match Meat Crab is quite authentic in appearance and texture. On their own, Match Meats tend to have little flavor, but when you use them in a recipe like below they really come to life. My pescetarian family was impressed - if only Match Meats had all varieties of "fish"....

Look at you doing a little cooking video. I love it!
Awesome recipe! I tried it with coconut oil as the cooking fat and got a more golden brown color with no charring and a much richer flavor. I don't even have to use as much heat as with other oils!
