Cranio Sacral with Robert Morris Proactive Health: interview & testimonial

If you're in Los Angeles or Canada, I HIGHLY recommend going to see Robert. I had an incredible experience, beyond any massage or chiropractic work I've ever had. If you're not in those areas, look into Cranio Sacral work and give it a try.

Great video! Robert makes salient points about deep tissue massage and chiropractic-->bones undeniably follow muscles, so accumulated muscle dysfunction, which is not effectively addressed through massage and chiropractic as independent modalities, will essentially nullify the short-term effort of those modalities if a person is not also actively on their own time addressing the muscle dysfunction that is leading bones astray. Pain Free by Pete Egoscue's is a great book that covers this line of reasoning in a very simple, yet in-depth manner, providing simple, easy exercises you can do on the floor in your home to correct muscle dysfunction for long-term healing.
